The Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role as the first point of contact, managing visitor flow and ensuring smooth office operations. This sole receptionist position reports directly to the Office Manager and involves handling communications, appointments, and data management to support the team effectively. There is no travel required, with potential growth into customer service management roles.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage visitor check-ins and provide assistance
• Handle incoming telephone calls professionally
• Schedule and coordinate appointments
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
• Provide customer support and address inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the reception area
• Keep detailed and organized records

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and telephone etiquette skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
• Effective communication and time management
