[ETO Hiring...Map - Main | Excel]Pay & BenefitsCompetitive compensation, including base pay and annual incentiveComprehensive health and life insurance and well-being benefitsPension / retirement benefitsPaid time off and personal/family care leave programsFlexible hybrid model (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)The Impact You Will HaveAs Associate Director, Workplace Experience & Technology, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering DTCC’s workplace experience across a global footprint of approximately 6,000 employees.You will lead the integration of:Workplace technologySpace strategyHospitality and food serviceEmployee amenitiesOperating in a highly matrixed environment, you will partner across IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, Facilities, Security, and business leadership to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives.You will also leverage workplace data and technology to:Inform decision-makingOptimize space utilizationEnhance employee engagementKey ResponsibilitiesEmployee Experience & EngagementServe as a primary point of contact for workplace experience, technology tools, and hospitality servicesLead employee engagement initiatives (events, wellness programming, amenities)Develop and deliver employee communications (email, intranet, digital signage)Track customer satisfaction and workplace performance metricsWorkplace Technology & Data ManagementLead implementation and management of workplace platforms (reservation systems, work orders, space tools, etc.)Maintain workplace data integrity (space, rooms, inventory)Analyze utilization and experience data to produce insights and reportingPartner with IT, Security, architects, and engineers on system integrationManage budgets related to workplace technology initiativesHospitality, Food Service & AmenitiesOversee hospitality, food service, and workplace amenity programsManage vendor relationships and service delivery performancePartner with Procurement, Finance, and Workplace Services on KPIs and governanceLead service recovery, escalation management, and continuous improvementEnsure alignment to employee experience strategy and sustainability goalsProject Management & DeliveryDevelop RFPs and scopes of work across workplace technology, design, construction, and hospitality servicesPartner with Procurement on vendor selection and onboardingLead cross-functional project execution with internal and external stakeholdersManage schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables through implementationQualificationsBachelor’s degree required10+ years of progressive experience in a complex corporate workplace environmentDemonstrated experience across:Workplace technologyWorkplace experience / hospitalityVendor and program managementTalents Needed for SuccessStrong knowledge of workplace technology platforms and service toolsProven ability to deliver hospitality-driven, service-oriented workplace environmentsStrong project and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication skills (employee-facing and executive-level)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environmentProactive, solutions-oriented mindsetFull timePosting Date: 2026-06-16
