- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow and enterprise technology architecture
- Proven experience serving as a trusted architectural advisor to enterprise customers
- Experience designing scalable, secure, high-performing ServiceNow architectures
- Strong ability to translate business objectives into ServiceNow platform strategies and architectural decisions
- Experience developing and maintaining ServiceNow platform and product roadmaps
- Deep expertise in ITSM with strong knowledge of at least one additional ServiceNow workflow such as ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or SecOps
- Experience establishing technical governance frameworks and maintaining long-term platform health
- Experience analyzing ServiceNow platform health reports and developing remediation strategies
- Strong experience identifying and mitigating architectural, technical, security, and platform risks
- Experience conducting architecture reviews, executive workshops, and stakeholder engagements
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models including CMDB and CSDM
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, security architecture, and instance lifecycle management
- Knowledge of TOGAF and enterprise architecture principles
- Experience advising customers on ServiceNow AI capabilities and aligning AI adoption with business outcomes
- Ability to communicate complex architecture, risks, and technical decisions to both technical teams and C-level executives

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) At Least One
