- Experience collaborating with ServiceNow product teams to improve platform solutions
- Experience maintaining ServiceNow workflow certifications
- Experience independently managing customer projects and complex issues
- Experience leveraging AI to optimize workflows and customer solutions
- Understanding of AI system design, ethical AI considerations, and responsible AI adoption
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
