Location: Cincinnati, Ohio Long term Contract
Role - ServiceNow Expertise
Software Developer - ITOM - • Intermediate to Expert Experience in CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Users, Locations, Service-Maps, MID Servers and Integrations to other systems
• Good Experience in maturing CMDB Completeness and Accuracy by working with Collection Owners on CMDB data accuracy, reducing duplicates and adding new classes
• Good Experience on Discovery Enhancements – add new discovery patterns; add additional Discovery devices and data sources
• Manage Integrations – Build and Maintain integrations including Infoblox, Rivermine, SCCM, Beyond Trust & Costar
• Experience in building out the CSDM (ServiceNow’s Common Service Data Model)
• Good Experience in standardized Technical Services and Technical Service Offerings, standardize Business Services and Business Service Offerings
• Create and manage the relationships between Service Offerings and Application Services
