Attorney Recruiting Coordinator

Our client is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to support attorney recruiting, summer associate programs, and talent development initiatives in its Washington, DC office. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys managing events, coordinating recruiting processes, and working closely with attorneys, candidates, and firm leadership. Key Responsibilities Attorney & Law Student Recruiting Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications for law students, lateral attorneys, and judicial clerks. Manage recruiting databases, candidate records, and application materials. Prepare recruiting‑related correspondence, including offer and rejection letters. Support recruiting committee meetings and assist with candidate evaluation processes. Coordinate recruiting events, networking receptions, and offer dinners. Summer Associate Program Help plan and execute summer associate events and programming. Coordinate evaluations, feedback collection, and review processes. Assist with assignment tracking and general program administration. Serve as a key point of contact for summer associates throughout the program. Talent Development & Professional Development Assist with attorney development programs, trainings, and office events. Prepare reports, presentations, and recruiting metrics for firm leadership. Provide administrative and project support to the Legal Talent team. Support special projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications 2–5 years of recruiting, talent management, HR, or professional services experience. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Work Arrangement Hybrid schedule with at least four days per week in the Washington, DC office.
