Key Responsibilities: Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement. Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement. Remove impediments and proactively address risks impacting delivery. Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy product backlogs and prioritize work. Track sprint metrics and provide transparency into team progress and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and stakeholders to ensure alignment. Support Agile transformation initiatives and promote Agile best practices across the organization. Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and self-organizing team environment. Required Qualifications: 5–10+ years of Scrum Master experience (10+ years strongly preferred). Experience supporting Agile teams in large, complex enterprise environments. Strong facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally. Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies. #J-18808-Ljbffr 247Hire
