SCI - Program Manager (Hybrid)

Stanford University is seeking an Administrative Services Administrator 2, to lead and administer programs or functions under minimal supervision. Program Manager (Administrative Services Administrator 2) – Stanford Cancer Institute – Hybrid The Stanford Cancer Institute (SCI) is an NCI designated comprehensive cancer center and is a prominent, dynamic, growing and complex Institute within the Stanford University School of Medicine. The SCI actively works to build synergies and collaborations among faculty with cancer-relevant expertise from four Schools and over 30 departments across Stanford University. We seek a Program Manager to help us realize our mission to reduce cancer mortality through comprehensive programs of cancer research, treatment, education and outreach. Reporting to Executive Director, Research Strategy Development, the Program Manager, will be conversant in the goals, mission and priorities of the Institute, and utilize this knowledge to lead and administer existing and new Training and Education activities at the Stanford Cancer Institute. We are seeking candidates with excellent organization skill, analytical, and demonstrated attention to details. Our staff run toward challenges, and you will have a demonstrated history of doing the same with a high degree of professionalism, initiative and flexibility. Responsibilities include leading the development and administration of SCI ‘s Training and Education programs and coordinating efforts between SCI and Training and Education counterparts across campus.

May direct and/or supervise staff. Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
