Branch Manager

Position Overview Branch Manager – Mequon, WI Responsible for leading all aspects of branch performance, driving revenue and customer loyalty, managing risk and compliance, and overseeing talent acquisition and development. Job Responsibilities Lead all branch performance activities, focusing on revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions and solutions that support financial well‑being. Create a differentiated customer experience in an omnichannel environment. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to expand services and improve client outcomes. Accountable for risk management, compliance, and adherence to regulatory guidelines. Build a high‑performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and ongoing development. Utilize a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty. Grow branch revenue via acquisition, share‑of‑wallet growth, and partnership collaboration. Drive business banking results through development and community involvement activities. Coach staff on consultative selling, technology‑enabled interactions, and financial well‑being solutions. Lead effective problem resolution to simplify banking for customers. Ensure a seamless, omnichannel customer experience across all of PNC. Drive employee experience and talent retention through performance management. Lead inclusive workplace culture, promote diversity, and model PNC values. Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk. Exercise sound decision-making to mitigate sales practice risk. Qualifications 3+ years of related experience in branch banking or a similar role. Demonstrated knowledge of balance sheet and income statement fundamentals.
