Staff Accountant

Key Responsibilities Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger. Assist with the month-end close process. Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. Support financial reporting and other recurring accounting activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. One to three years of accounting experience preferred, but motivated recent graduates with strong internships or relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Understanding of basic accounting principles and general ledger accounting. Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or accounting software is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. A desire to learn, grow, and advance into a Senior Accountant position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
