Located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA Salary: $22.00-$27.00 Express Employment Professionals of Rancho Cucamonga is currently seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator for a company in Ontario, CA . We are looking for a skilled operator with press brake setup experience , blueprint reading skills, and the ability to work independently in a precision manufacturing environment. This position focuses on custom and production sheet metal fabrication . Existing parts have stored forming programs, so most setups involve selecting and adjusting existing programs rather than creating new ones from scratch. Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC Press Brake machines to produce precision sheet metal components.
- Perform press brake setups , including punch and die changes.
- Utilize existing forming programs and make adjustments as needed for production.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings .
- Verify part dimensions and quality throughout the production process.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Follow all company quality and safety standards.
- Previous Press Brake setup experience required .
- Experience operating Bystronic, Amada, or similar CNC press brake machines .
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints .
- Experience in a sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing environment .
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently while meeting production deadlines.
