Technical & Creative Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical & Creative Recruiter to support national recruiting efforts across MSP/VMS programs and direct client engagements. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and delivering exceptional talent across UX, UI, ERP, CRM, direct-hire, and functional technology roles. The ideal candidate is both consultative and execution-focused, with the ability to understand client needs, participate in intake discussions, develop effective talent strategies, and deliver qualified candidates in competitive markets. This position will work closely with Client Partners and Delivery Managers while serving as a trusted recruiting resource for clients and candidates. The role is primarily remote, with occasional onsite client meetings, networking events, presentations, and industry activities. Key Responsibilities Recruit nationally for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions across technical, creative, and functional disciplines. Support recruiting efforts within MSP and VMS environments, including adherence to client processes, submission requirements, compliance standards, and service-level expectations. Partner with Client Partners and Delivery Managers to understand client priorities, workforce strategies, hiring challenges, and market conditions. Participate in client intake calls and contribute recruiting expertise related to role requirements, talent availability, compensation, and sourcing strategy. Develop targeted sourcing plans and talent pipelines for roles in UX, UI, product design, research, ERP, CRM, business analysis, project management, and other functional areas. Use LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, job boards, talent communities, AI-enabled recruiting platforms, and other tools to identify and engage qualified candidates. Apply AI and emerging recruiting technologies to improve sourcing, market research, candidate identification, screening, communication, and recruiting efficiency. Conduct candidate outreach, interviews, qualification discussions, reference coordination, and ongoing engagement throughout the recruiting process. Evaluate candidate experience, technical capabilities, functional expertise, communication style, motivation, and alignment with client culture. Present qualified candidates with clear summaries outlining their experience, strengths, compensation expectations, availability, and overall fit. Maintain accurate and timely candidate activity, notes, submissions, interview updates, and pipeline information within recruiting systems. Collaborate with account and delivery teams to gather feedback, adjust recruiting strategies, and improve candidate quality and speed to delivery. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, industry professionals, networking organizations, and recruiting communities. Represent the company at professional networking organizations, industry groups, conferences, client events, and other relationship-building activities. Stay current on talent market trends, recruiting technology, compensation expectations, in-demand skills, and competitive hiring practices. Provide a high-quality candidate and client experience while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience recruiting for MSP/VMS programs, direct clients, or both. Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through placement. Experience supporting client intake calls and communicating directly with hiring managers or business stakeholders. Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-management skills. Ability to recruit nationally and manage searches across multiple markets and time zones. Familiarity with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, job boards, LinkedIn, and talent databases. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions while maintaining attention to detail and responsiveness. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating closely with internal teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting within UX, UI, product design, user research, ERP, CRM, or functional technology disciplines. Experience supporting both contract staffing and direct-hire recruitment. Familiarity with VMS platforms, MSP processes, supplier programs, and client-specific recruiting workflows. Experience using AI tools or automation to improve recruiting outcomes and productivity. Established professional network or participation in recruiting, technology, design, or industry organizations. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. This is a remote position with occasional travel for client meetings, networking events, presentations, conferences, and other onsite activities.
