Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

DescriptionOur client is seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the EDGE Servicing & Sales Enablement initiative within the Retail Technology organization. This role serves as the critical link between Retail Banking business stakeholders and technology teams, helping translate business objectives into Salesforce-driven solutions that enhance customer servicing, improve banker productivity, and enable relationship growth.The successful candidate will partner closely with Product Owners, Salesforce Developers, Solution Architects, Operations teams, and Retail Banking leaders to define requirements, optimize business processes, and deliver innovative Salesforce capabilities that support frontline bankers and customer service representatives.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirements ManagementElicit, document, and validate business requirements for Salesforce-based servicing and sales enablement solutions.Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews with Retail Banking partners.Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.Manage requirements throughout the Agile development lifecycle.EDGE Program SupportSupport the evolution of the EDGE platform by identifying opportunities to improve servicing and sales workflows.Analyze branch and contact center processes to drive efficiency and enhance user experience.Assist in defining customer journey improvements, banker workflows, and service delivery capabilities.Partner with business leaders to align technology solutions with strategic retail banking objectives.Salesforce Solution DesignCollaborate with Salesforce Developers and Architects to design scalable solutions within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce technologies.Define business rules, workflow requirements, case management processes, alerts, notifications, and reporting needs.Ensure proposed solutions meet both business requirements and platform capabilities.Participate in solution reviews and design discussions.Process Improvement & OptimizationEvaluate existing servicing and sales processes to identify automation opportunities.Develop current-state and future-state process documentation.Recommend workflow enhancements that improve efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.Leverage Salesforce capabilities to reduce manual effort and streamline operations.Stakeholder CollaborationAct as a trusted advisor to Retail Banking stakeholders and product teams.Facilitate conversations between business and technology teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment.Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project updates effectively.Support change management and user adoption efforts.Testing & Quality AssuranceDevelop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and test scenarios.Validate system functionality against business requirements.Coordinate defect resolution activities with development teams.Ensure delivered solutions meet quality and business objectives.Reporting & AnalyticsDefine business reporting requirements and performance metrics.Support the development of Salesforce dashboards and operational reporting.Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements.Track key performance indicators related to servicing, productivity, and sales effectiveness.SkillsBusiness analysis, Salesforce.com, Agile, Requirements gathering, sales cloudTop Skills DetailsBusiness analysis,Salesforce.com,Agile,Requirements gathering,sales cloudAdditional Skills & QualificationsPreferred QualificationsSalesforce Administrator Certification.Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Experience supporting customer servicing, CRM, or sales enablement platforms.Banking, retail banking, or financial services industry experience.Knowledge of Customer 360, case management, and workflow automation.Familiarity with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics.Experience working within large enterprise technology environments.Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
