Job Description The Registered Nurse supports the Director of Nursing and may take on many of the responsibilities and tasks. This role blends clinical work with staff leadership, directing and managing caregivers, medication techs and other employees to meet resident needs and provide excellent care. Responsibilities Practice in accordance with community philosophy, policies, procedures, and state standards Complete resident assessments Provide direction and leadership to care staff Train staff on medication administration and other care duties Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program Valid, unrestricted RN license in the state of Colorado Maintain CEU requirements Strong computer skills Love for seniors!
