Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM What will you do? We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative who will work with our team to manage existing customer accounts, create new customer opportunities, and exceed customer satisfaction expectations. You will interact with outside sales, engineering, manufacturing, and shipping to deliver products to our customers. You should have a love for communicating and building relationships with customers, as well as working with a team to provide leading‑edge industry solutions in a variety of power transmission and material handling applications. Each call you make gives you the opportunity to help our customers get their businesses up and running! Key Responsibilities Complete an extensive hands‑on training program including time in a manufacturing environment on the shop floor. Focus on career growth and personal development. Respond to inbound sales calls from our established customer base for product and pricing information, order status, or delivery confirmation. Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery; working closely with our machine shop and other facilities to manufacture and expedite orders. Enter orders and quotes for custom manufactured components and systems, and perform quote follow‑ups in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Coordinate with Outside Sales on open opportunities in their sales territories and work together to grow customer sales. Provide technical and non‑technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding equipment use, applications, operation, and maintenance. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1-2 years of sales/customer service experience is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude or technical inclination required. Meticulous attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Has a sense of urgency in responding to customer requests. A team approach to achieving high performance. Self‑starter attitude with the drive to succeed and achieve goals. Independent ability to evaluate situations, solve problems, and make decisions. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment. Recognition and ability to effect change and contribute to the organization’s goals. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at desk and working on computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
