Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments of patients to identify their physical therapy needs and establish tailored treatment plans for recovery.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation to facilitate patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress through continuous evaluation and documentation, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, self-care techniques, and the proper use of assistive devices to promote independent mobility.
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on comprehensive care strategies for patients with complex rehabilitation needs.
• Uphold the highest standards of patient care while maintaining compliance with state regulations and practice protocols.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
