Work Environment

You will be working onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, which spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with advanced tools and equipment designed to support our patients' recovery. Collaborating alongside two other experienced physical therapists and a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will actively participate in a dynamic work setting focused on teamwork and quality treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand patient needs and establish individualized rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour, delivering personalized treatment plans that utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Develop and implement tailored fitness and wellness programs that consider each patient's unique circumstances.
• Employ manual therapy techniques and educate patients on effective home exercise regimens to promote recovery.
• Reduce reliance on prescription medications by providing non-surgical, evidence-based treatment options.
• Actively monitor and track patients' progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Engage in regular collaboration with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records using EMR software such as WebPT.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, for efficient patient documentation.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic outpatient care is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans focusing on patient-centered care.
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team setting is a plus, as collaboration enhances patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
