We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and compassionate professional who enjoys helping people, coordinating services, and supporting daily operations. What You'll Do Client & Care Coordination Coordinate services for new and existing clients. Communicate regularly with clients, families, caregivers, and case managers. Track authorizations and ensure services are implemented promptly. Resolve client concerns and service issues. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Assist with caregiver and client communication as needed. Administrative & Billing Support Assist with Medicaid billing and claim follow-up. Track authorizations and service utilization. Maintain accurate information within agency software systems. Generate reports and support office operations. Assist with scheduling and coordination activities as needed. Perform general administrative and client service tasks. Qualifications Required Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong computer and software proficiency. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Professional demeanor and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience in home care, healthcare, staffing, case management, or healthcare administration. Experience with Medicaid billing, authorizations, scheduling, or client services.
