Maintenance Mechanic

Seeking a Maintenance Mechanic / Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform general building, facility, equipment, grounds, and vehicle maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience performing basic building repairs, plumbing, HVAC, electrical maintenance, renovations, grounds maintenance, equipment repairs, and vehicle maintenance .
Key Responsibilities- Perform general building maintenance and repairs .
- Perform basic plumbing maintenance and repairs , including fixture replacement and addressing blocked toilets.
- Perform basic HVAC maintenance , including filter replacement and line flushing.
- Perform basic electrical maintenance and troubleshooting , including switches and lighting.
- Support facility renovations, including patching, caulking, and painting .
- Relocate furniture and equipment as needed.
- Perform general equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance, including checking fluids, washing vehicles, and maintaining proper tire pressure.
- Maintain exterior grounds using lawn and landscaping equipment.
- Perform routine facility upkeep, including window washing, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
- Use computers and Microsoft applications for basic work-related tasks.
- Follow safety procedures and complete assigned maintenance tasks accurately and on schedule.
- At least 1 year of experience in general building maintenance/repair .
- At least 1 year of plumbing maintenance/repair experience .
- At least 1 year of HVAC maintenance experience .
- At least 1 year of electrical maintenance/troubleshooting experience .
- At least 1 year of renovation/repair experience , including patching, caulking, and painting.
- At least 1 year of grounds/lawn maintenance experience .
- At least 1 year of basic vehicle maintenance experience .
- Ability to speak and understand English.
- Basic computer and Microsoft experience.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to perform hands-on maintenance work, including climbing ladders and using maintenance/grounds equipment.
