Associate Product Manager - Strategic Programs & Partnerships

Associate Product Manager role at Integrated DNA Technologies supporting strategic partnerships and cross-functional programs. Reports to Product Manager for Product Lifecycle Management in a fully remote capacity, coordinating business initiatives across product, marketing, commercial, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

Execute and coordinate strategic partnership initiatives and cross-functional programs aligned with business objectives
Partner with stakeholders across Product Management, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and external organizations
Lead documentation and tracking of business requirements, project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Support product and partnership launches through readiness activities, communications, and training coordination
Analyze customer and operational insights to identify improvement opportunities and enhance program scalability

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
1+ years experience in Product Management, Project Management, Business Operations, or Consulting
Analytical skills to develop findings and recommendations from information
Cross-functional collaboration experience, preferably with global distributed teams
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

Compensation: $75,000–$100,000 base, eligible for bonus/incentive pay
