Position Trusts & Estates Attorney We are seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join a growing practice in Dover, Keene, or Lebanon, NH. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of trusts and estates, estate planning, probate, elder law, trust administration, or related experience and the ability to manage matters independently while cultivating long-term client relationships. Draft and review estate planning documents. Handle probate and trust administration matters. Counsel individuals and families regarding wealth preservation and succession planning. Assist clients with guardianships, conservatorships, elder law, and Medicaid planning matters as applicable. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources including financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals. Contribute to business development and practice growth. Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. 5-10 years of Trusts & Estates, Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law, or related experience. Active license to practice law in New Hampshire, or ability to obtain admission promptly. Experience independently managing estate planning and/or probate matters. Strong drafting, client counseling, and relationship-building skills. Established referral relationships, client relationships, or portable business strongly preferred.
