This is an opportunity to handle sophisticated family law matters within a firm known for depth of practice and community leadership.What You'll DoManage a caseload of complex family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and property divisionRepresent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation from case intake through resolutionDraft pleadings, agreements, and other legal documentsAdvise clients on strategy and provide sound, practical counselCollaborate with attorneys across practice groups on cross-disciplinary mattersContribute to business development and community/professional engagement consistent with the firm's service-oriented cultureQualificationsAdmission to the New Hampshire Bar required10+ years of relevant family law experience requiredAdmission to the Massachusetts and/or Maine Bar(s) a plusStrong litigation, negotiation, and client management skillsA collaborative mindset and commitment to community/pro bono involvementWhat's OfferedFormal bonus program for associatesComprehensive benefits packageHybrid work schedule flexibilityA collegial, service-driven culture with deep community ties
