Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of skilled nursing professionals to deliver high-quality patient care

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and identify opportunities for professional growth and development

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient

• Monitor and report on patient outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize results

• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices in post-acute rehabilitation to ensure the highest level of care for our patients

• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassion within the nursing department

• Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Louisiana

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for driving results
