True to Gaby Aghion's legacy, we place our clients at the heart of everything we undertake, whether through the quality of our creations or the attention paid to their experience with the Maison, which aims to be unique and memorable.

The Supply Planner is responsible for the allocation of products for Shoes & Fashion Accessories for all channels: Retail, wholesale & digital. He works closely with production teams, merchandising, and all markets. He anticipates the specific needs of the markets in order to provide them with the right level of inventory, while maintaining a minimum of overstock.

MAIN TASKS:

• For new products purchased during the showrooms (4 collections per year), ensure the distribution according to the defined launch dates, from manufacturers to boutiques.
• Prior to launches, define/confirm the setup quantities in collaboration with the Merchandising teams.
• Ensure the interface between production and markets, through active participation in weekly Time to Market meetings. Keep markets informed of any delays.
• Ensure and control daily distribution to regions (update of Anaplan parameter setting: allocation prioritization rules, leadtime, etc.) and animate regional supply planners in a spirit of performance and optimization End to End (manufacturer to boutiques).
• Manage shortages: Central arbitration in coordination with Merchandising, Production, and Commercial departments; Simulation of launch scenarios.
• Manage rebalancing requests: review the distribution of the collection by making stock reallocations between regions to optimize the collection's performance.
• Manage VIC requests: respond to stock requests from regions for VIC, and coordinate transfers.

• For permanent products, ensure the proper functioning of the auto-replenishment system.
• Control and adjust stock targets (MAX) based on sales trends, and anticipating seasonal peaks.
• Ensure the correct configuration of the DRP (Anaplan) for good distribution across all channels (Retail, wholesale, digital).
• Control weekly presence rates in stores and animate regions to achieve target rates.

• For permanent products, work on reducing stock levels on Shoes & Fashion Accessories categories while maintaining a target presence in stores. Close collaboration with all departments will be necessary (Merchandising, Production, Transports, and Commercial, at headquarters as well as in regions).

PROFILE:

1-3 years of experience required in Supply Chain

Mastery of Excel required, mastery of Anaplan and Power BI (Query) is a plus

Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Strong customer service focus
