Job Title: RMA Quality Inspector

Type of Role: Temp to Hire

Shift / Hours: 2nd shift, 3pm-11:30pm

Location: Manchester, NH 

Hourly Range: $20-$21/hour + 5% shift differential

What You'll Do

• Inspection & Quality Control: Inspect PCBAs under magnification/microscope against defined visual standards.
• Programming & Operations: Perform programming of PCBAs according to standardized work instructions.
• Material Labeling: Apply approval or rejection labels to materials as required.
• Communication & Reporting: Communicate inspection results and escalations clearly and in a timely manner.
• Production & Output: Deliver accurate shift counts while maintaining full accountability for output quality.
• Safety & Standards: Uphold ESD standards, workstation cleanliness, and safety requirements at all times.

• Good computer literacy and ability to use Google Workspace tools.
• Basic understanding of quality concepts, including lot rejection procedures.
• Ability to read, comprehends, and interprets written instructions.
• Familiarity with basic inspection instruments and tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods; must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. and stand for a regular 8-hour work shift.
