Accede Solutions is a leading staffing and workforce solutions provider specializing in Healthcare, Pharma, and IT industries. Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our client base and strengthen existing relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in Healthcare, Pharma, and IT staffing, with a strong understanding of MSP programs being a plus. This role requires a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently represent Accede Solutions in front of potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through cold calling, prospecting, and networking.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to present Accede's staffing solutions and expand partnerships.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand client needs and provide customized workforce solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms, fees, and service agreements in alignment with company goals.
- Represent Accede Solutions professionally at industry conferences, networking events, and business meetings.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Healthcare, Pharma, and IT staffing (MSP experience is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record in business development.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Competitive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
