Customer Service RepresentativeThe HT Group has a medical equipment manufacturing client in Colorado Springs, CO looking for a Customer Service Representative who is experienced, energetic, and customer-focused to lead daily customer service operations, support and develop a small team, and ensure customers and sales representatives receive timely and professional service. Responsibilities:Lead and support a small team of Customer Service Representatives, including training new employees, reviewing work for quality, and holding team members accountableReceive and respond to customer phone calls, emails, voicemails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely mannerProcess customer orders and provide product information, pricing, order updates, and general support to customers and sales representativesDe-escalate customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to complex customer service challengesComplete invoicing, order acknowledgements, RMAs, warranty orders, freight damage claims, and other customer service documentationSupport order entry, inventory inquiries, customer setup, sales order inquiries, and other customer service processes within SysproPrepare basic customer quotes and maintain customer and quote information within CRM systemsCoordinate freight estimates and pickups and file freight claims with shipping companiesMaintain accurate daily logs and monitor order-entry quality to support established accuracy goalsPartner with the sales team to provide phone, email, quoting, and general customer supportRequirements:Minimum 5 years of customer service experienceStrong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and oversee a small customer service teamExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask, switch priorities, and solve problems in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to retain information and respond quickly to customer needsTyping speed of approximately 40 WPM; 10-key experience preferredReliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working within a small teamAll qualified applicants may apply below or send an email to View email address on click.appcast.io
