Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of one year of experience in a medical-surgical (MS) unit
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and charting

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse patient populations
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments in accordance with facility protocols
• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and responses to interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and families to ensure optimal care outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge instructions
