Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Mobile Engineer (EPA Universal Required)
Location: Louisville, KY

Role Overview:
Hands-on Mobile Engineer responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building systems across assigned facilities. This is a field-based, technical role focused on troubleshooting, repairs, and keeping systems operating with minimal downtime.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot HVAC and building equipment failures and restore operation
• Perform preventive maintenance on facility systems
• Complete general building maintenance (lighting, fixtures, walls, flooring, roofing, etc.)
• Respond to service calls and emergency breakdowns
• Conduct routine inspections of building systems and equipment
• Complete and update work orders accurately and on time
• Support vendors when outside services are required
• Follow all safety procedures and compliance requirements
• Document maintenance activity and system issues

What we’re looking for:

• EPA Universal Certification required
• Strong HVAC and commercial building systems experience
• Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing troubleshooting ability
• Experience working in commercial or industrial facilities
• Ability to work independently in the field
