Pay: $28.00 per hour
Employment: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Location: Irvine, CA — 100% Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with meal and rest breaks provided in accordance with California law.

About Quest International

For more than 40 years, Quest International has supported medical device manufacturers, healthcare organizations, OEMs, and technology customers through repair, field service, logistics, and technical support solutions.

What You'll Do

• Make approximately 80–120 outbound business calls per day .

• Research companies, industries, and potential customers.

• Speak with business contacts and decision-makers.

• Introduce Quest International's services and identify customer needs.

• Qualify leads and follow up with interested prospects.

• Identify market trends, customer feedback, and potential business opportunities.

• Document conversations, contact information, and follow-up activities in the CRM.

• Share relevant market intelligence with marketing and business development teams.

• Maintain accurate lead records and meet daily outreach goals.

What You Need to Qualify

• Experience in B2B outreach, cold calling, lead generation, inside sales, market research, or business development.

• Comfortable making 80–120 outbound calls daily.

• Strong professional phone communication and active listening skills.

• Experience using CRM or lead-management systems.

• Ability to research companies and identify business opportunities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and follow-through.

• Ability to work onsite in Irvine, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Compensation

$28.00 per hour

This position offers a fixed hourly rate of $28.00. Overtime will be paid when applicable under California law.
