Project Management Coordinator

Job Responsibilities Monitor governance frameworks to ensure consistent project management practices across the portfolio. Monitor and report on project performance including progress, outcomes, benefits, and risks of each project and the portfolio as a whole, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures. Produce reports used to drive project status and portfolio review meetings. Support the creation of training material and delivery of training on the use of project or portfolio management processes and tools. Facilitate and identify any improvements in existing processes needed to support project, program, and portfolio management. Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Coordinate project activities and schedules. Monitor project progress and report on status. Assist in managing project risks and issues. Prepare and maintain project documentation. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Coordinate the intake process for new project requests and portfolio management pipeline. Facilitate initial project scoping and feasibility assessments including requirements gathering and options analysis. Occasionally required to work late evenings and weekends as needed. May travel up to 10% as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Work Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field. Two years of relevant professional experience with zero to two years of project management experience in a complex business environment. Skill Sets Strong organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
