To support compliance and client objectives, the remote Plan Document Assistant will analyze and draft retirement plan documents while managing document lifecycles for qualified plans. Key responsibilities Analyze and draft retirement plan documents to ensure compliance with regulations Collaborate with teams to manage the document lifecycle for qualified plans Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries and delivering timely solutions Required qualifications Ability to learn about defined contribution plans and interpret complex plan documents Experience in writing reports and business correspondence Strong initiative, integrity, and self-motivation Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Familiarity with prototype and volume submitter documents is a plus
