Operations Specialist

Operations Specialist | Custodial Operations & Strategic Projects Location: Plymouth, MN (remote work allowed; occasional office presence required during key projects). Base Salary: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 (annual corporate bonus eligible). Primary Job Functions Data Reconciliation Establish data connectivity with custodians and data aggregators. Review and reconcile account data received due to account assignment process. Communicate transition timelines and provide reports to internal departments. Data entry account attributes in portfolio accounting system for newly acquired office, ensuring data conforms to WEG standards. Resolve outstanding issues related to missing data/account. Custodian Set‑Up Access Process requests for system access for internal users and portfolio accounting portal. Process requests for new master, G#, rep codes. Maintain and update central list of firm rep codes/masters with custodians. Provide internal “customer” support, quickly responding to a high‑volume of time‑sensitive questions and requests from multiple internal teams. Audit & Data Integrity Support Support regulatory audits and ADV reporting requirements. Generate/request reports from custodians to assist with ADV reporting requirements. Conduct periodic quality reviews to ensure data in portfolio accounting system is presented accurately for ADV and GIPS reporting. Work with manager to resolve data integrity issues. Other projects as assigned by Operations. Education / Qualifications 1‑3 years of professional office or administrative experience, preferably within financial services. Organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize workflow and projects. Strong analytical and general computer skills with problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software. Strong Excel skills required. Familiarity with Salesforce preferred.
