Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Description Engineered Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable including collections and reconciliations. Key Responsibilities Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with clients to ensure timely collections Post ACHs daily Respond to emails Set up new customers Work closely with other departments to resolve any billing or payment issues Qualifications Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts receivable including collections Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook email Accurate and detail orientation Basic math and reconciliation skills Benefits Engineered Systems offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
