Practice Development Manager, BC Consumables

For more information, visit The Practice Development Manager is responsible for all aspects of customer relationship management in the assigned territory, including planning, organizing, and implementing account management activities related to the sale and distribution of Company products, with high accountability for achieving territory sales and utilization quotas and objectives. Responsibilities Achieve sales and utilization quota results in the assigned territory and provide training, presentations, and demonstrations to customers on application and use of company products. Educate customers regarding indications, contraindications, and safety of Company products and support marketing strategies including website and microsite development, internal office branding, patient segmentation, and external marketing. Support and facilitate regional training workshops and tradeshows; pre‑plan sales calls and maintain efficient time‑management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and high‑level service. Complete administrative responsibilities such as periodic business plans, weekly expense reports, territory account profiles, customer database maintenance, and Salesforce.com data entry. Maintain updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products. Develop and maintain productive, effective relationships at all levels within the organization. Participate in industry‑related trade shows and meetings. Maintain compliance with applicable quality and regulatory guidelines as an integral part of business operations. Communicate consistently with Regional Practice Manager and Area Sales Manager regarding territory matters, including accurate forecasting. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent the Company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business‑related field preferred, or relevant equivalent industry experience required. 2‑4 years of demonstrated success selling medical products or services to physicians and/or other healthcare providers preferred. Direct customer experience with plastic surgeons and dermatology audiences preferred; experience with consumables selling preferred. Effective oral and written communication with all employee levels; proven ability to provide high‑level customer service and support practice integration of the CoolSculpting Procedure, ensuring patient satisfaction. Strong persuasive communication and technical presentation skills for physicians, management, and large groups. Ability to communicate product attributes and quality using professional selling and closing skills. Positive attitude, passion for aesthetics, and proficiency in word processing, database applications, and software such as Excel and PowerPoint. High organizational skill with schedule management and follow‑up; knowledge of FDA GMPs and ability to function in a regulated environment. Home‑office capability with reliable high‑speed internet access; ability to travel extensively, including multi‑overnight stays for tradeshows and training. Valid driver’s license issued by the state or province of residence and a good driving record required. Compliance with FDA’s Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO 13485, Canadian Medical Device Regulations, and all other applicable regulatory requirements. Compensation & Benefits The compensation range described is the range of possible base pay that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Compensation within this range may vary with geographic location. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees. This position is eligible to participate in short‑term incentive programs. Note: Pay is considered earned, vested, and determinable only when the amount is earned. All bonus, commission, incentive, and other compensation remain at the Company’s discretion until paid.
