About the Role

As a Client Care Agent, you will:
Be the first point of contact for most clients, ensuring a positive and professional impression.
Handle incoming calls to book moves by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate services.
Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns with care.
Manage customer service calls and escalate issues to the appropriate manager when necessary.
Your role is essential to Square Cow Moovers’ mission to SERVE. Your friendly, professional, and solution-oriented approach will help clients feel confident in their moving experience and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
Work on-site at our Cedar Park, TX, office.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule moves.
Communicate effectively through phone, email, and text.
Understand and clearly explain Square Cow Moovers’ services and operations.
Sell packing and moving services to match client needs.
Accurately book jobs using our move management software.
Handle customer service calls and resolve issues or escalate when needed.
Being bilingual is a plus, though not required.
