PERM - Family Physician Outpatient Only - Roman Forest, TX

Position Summary: A mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Roman Forest, TX is seeking a dedicated physician to join their outpatient-only team. This role is ideal for a compassionate provider interested in serving underserved populations, including the uninsured and underinsured, in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Key Details:

Setting: 100% outpatient
Patient Volume: ~2.52.75 patients/hour (approx. 1820 per 8-hour day)
Schedule Options:
- MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM (includes one half-day for admin work)
- Optional: 4-day workweek (8:00 AM6:00 PM)
On-Call: Telephone only, shared among 13 providers (approx. 1 week every 1213 weeks)
Weekend Requirement: One Saturday shift every 1012 weeks (8:00 AM12:00 PM)
Location: Roman Forest Blvd., Roman Forest, TX 77357

Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible (must obtain certification within 2 years of hire)
