Construction Coordinator III

Job Title Construction Coordinator III Compensation $76/hr; overtime approved Location Midland, TX, with field work approximately 20 minutes south of Midland Schedule 6 days per week, 10 hours per day during construction Target Start Date October 2026 at the earliest Project Duration Construction is currently scheduled from April 2027 through Q1 2028 Travel and Allowances In-field mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. Potential for per diem. Scope Coordinate Engineering and Construction through planning and field execution for an ExxonMobil pilot enhanced oil recovery project involving downhole natural gas injection. The project includes a large station with 12 compressors and associated utilities and equipment, plus pipelines connecting to five well pads and their equipment. Establish the Construction Planning Program (CPP) and align its scope with the Construction Advisor and Construction Support Manager. Provide construction input, communicate with Construction Management, and coordinate ExxonMobil personnel and implementation contractors. Manage assigned projects and help ensure deliverables are Ready for Implementation (RFI), meet quality and schedule requirements, and conform to project requirements. Tasks and Responsibilities

Coordinate construction planning and execution with Engineering, Construction Management, ExxonMobil personnel, contractors, and the project scheduler. Manage multiple projects and implementation contractors of varying size and complexity. Track deliverables and resolve barriers to field execution. Address technical issues with Engineering and coordinate with the assigned Instrumentation and Electrical Engineer when specialized support is needed. Identify issues and opportunities, make timely decisions, develop solutions, and request assistance when required. Work across multidisciplinary teams and share knowledge with project stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering required. Previous experience in construction coordination, project execution, engineering, or a closely related role. Strong coordination and interface management skills. Experience with large construction projects, compressor stations, pipelines, well-pad facilities, or related oil and gas infrastructure preferred. Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical information and make presentations. Sound problem-solving, decision-making, and project prioritization skills. Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and commitment to assigned responsibilities. Preferred Software Experience Aconex, Hexagon, and Navisworks. Software training may be provided.
