Job Title: LTAC RN (Local Contract) Stability Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN for Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) in St. Louis, Missouri. Job Details Specialty: Long Term Acute Care Discipline: Registered Nurse (RN) Duration: 16 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week (12-hour night shifts) Employment Type: Local Contract Responsibilities Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, provide wound care, and assist with procedures. Manage ventilators and other life support equipment. Provide patient education and discharge planning, working with patients and families to ensure a smooth transition. Maintain high clinical expertise, employ critical thinking, and function effectively in a fast‑paced, challenging environment. Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team and offer emotional support to patients and families. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) credential. Strong clinical expertise and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
