As we continue to build out our US Facultative business, we are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset to join us on this ambitious journey of growth.****Primary Responsibilities:*** To develop new production opportunities and solutions for new and existing clients across North America* Lead the placement of US Property facultative reinsurance risks with domestic and international reinsurers* Develop renewal and placement strategies that meet client objectives* Support, mentor and develop junior broking colleagues* Establish renewal strategy and execution plans* Working in tandem with all Howden Re resources to deliver effective client service* Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and internal governance requirements**Qualifications:*** 7+ years of experience in a business-related position & environment* Desire and interest to pursue an opportunity that is involving client related tasks* Strong time management skills and project management skills* Detail oriented* Highly motivated and committed to continually developing your professional skillset* Must be authorized to work in the U.S.The expected annual salary for this role is $220,000-300,000; actual salary will be determined based on factors including candidate experience and work location.
