Specialist I- Part Time- REVISED Assist families with registration, check-in, and navigation during events. Coordinate room setup, takedown and cleanup, including materials and equipment, to ensure a seamless participant experience. Support the implementation of educational activities, such as art and cooking classes, ensuring participants are engaged and supported. Aid in grocery carryout services during Brother Bill's sessions and assist in loading vehicles with food boxes during North Texas Food Bank distributions. Provide hands-on support to students and families during technology-focused sessions, including iPad/Chromebook setup and troubleshooting. Serve food and beverages during events, ensuring quality service and a welcoming atmosphere. Assist with the coordination of volunteer assignments. Participate in marketing/community events. High School Diploma or GED required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with basic technology troubleshooting and setup is a plus. Commitment to community service and engagement.
