Bilingual Contact Center Specialist (Spanish)

Parkland Health

Parkland Health seeks a Part-time Call Center Representative to support callers from the Main Hospital Building basement. You will identify needs, gather information, and route calls to the correct site within Parkland Health System. The role requires bilingual Spanish proficiency, completion of a Spanish oral skills assessment, 20 wpm typing with at most 3 errors, and passing pre-employment tests with high scores.
