If you are driven by operational excellence, technical mastery, and elevating guest experiences to world-class standards, this signature opportunity awaits.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Direct hands-on, 24/7 property engineering operations. Inspire a high-performing team, driving exceptional service standards, rapid response protocols and strict quality control.Orchestrate predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance programs across complex building systems (HVAC, life-safety, plumbing, refrigeration, luxury pools, and high-end guest amenities).Leverage advanced CMMS software to track equipment lifecycles, run data-driven risk analyses, optimize labor and material usage, and elevate long-term asset reliability.Perform regular, high-detail property walkthroughs to intercept mechanical or aesthetic issues before they touch the guest experience, ensuring flawless luxury presentation.Lead urgent root-cause resolutions during technical anomalies or operational disruptions, seamlessly restoring world-class guest comfort.Serve as the ultimate subject matter expert during emergencies (power outages, severe weather, utility loss), driving robust business-continuity strategies.Recruit, mentor, and elevate engineering professionals through technical skill plans, structured call-outs, safety mastery, and proactive succession planning.Qualifications:Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.7+ years of progressive engineering leadership, ideally within a high-touch luxury resort or premium commercial setting.Extensive experience across complex HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS, CMMS, building envelope and life-safety systems.Proven work in capital budgeting, vendor negotiation, blueprint interpretation and translating technical data for non-technical stakeholders.In-depth grasp of local building codes, fire systems, OSHA rules and environmental regulations.Bilingual Spanish is a plus.Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record.EPA Universal, CPO/AFO, CFM, FMP, CEM, OSHA 30-Hour, or specialized trade licenses in HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing.Benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with company participation Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick Time & Holidays) Life Insurance Complimentary onsite parking or monthly transit pass Employee meals Tuition reimbursement Employee wellness program Discounted hotel rates Ongoing training and professional development Career growth opportunities within a luxury hospitality organizationEqual Opportunity Employer: Eastridge Workforce Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
