Lo que buscamos en un Miembro del Equipo de Cocina:
- Pasin por trabajar en un entorno de cocina.
- Gran actitud y deseo genuino de servir a las personas.
- Capacidad para ser entrenado (coachable).
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de equipo de ritmo rpido.
- Aprendizaje rpido y tica de trabajo slida/confiable.
- Iniciativa y responsabilidad (accountability).
- Capacidad para realizar mltiples tareas y trabajar bien tanto de forma independiente como en equipo.
- Comunicacin efectiva con los compaeros de equipo.
- Honrar y animar a los colegas a seguir la visin y valores del restaurante.
- Capacidad para trabajar de pie durante varias horas seguidas.
- Cumplir con las normas y el cdigo de vestimenta de Chick-fil-A en todo momento.
- Preparar, cocinar, ensamblar y presentar los alimentos de manera segura, rpida y eficiente, cumpliendo con los estndares de Chick-fil-A.
- Conocer las tareas de todas las estaciones de cocina: papas fritas, empanizado, estaciones primarias y secundarias, mquinas y preparacin de alimentos.
- Surtir el inventario de la cocina segn sea necesario.
- Mantener la cocina limpia, ordenada y en orden en todo momento.
- Mantenerse al da con los nuevos productos lanzados por Chick-fil-A.
- Trabajar de forma segura con el equipo de cocina y reportar cualquier problema de mantenimiento al liderazgo.
- Completar todas las tareas de apertura o cierre segn lo asignado.
Los Miembros del Equipo de Cocina son el CORAZN de la casa. Estos miembros desempean roles crticos: preparando y sirviendo consistentemente comida "antojable" (CRAVEable) para nuestros clientes con un nivel de excelencia y calidad superior. Estars rodeado de personas de calidad en un ambiente divertido donde se te desafiar a crecer.

Calificaciones y Requisitos:
- No se requiere experiencia previa.
- Edad mnima de 18 aos para postularse.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar al menos 3 das por semana (incluyendo la mayora de los viernes y sbados).
- Consistencia, confiabilidad y actitud alegre/positiva.
- Capacidad para levantar y cargar 50 libras de forma regular.
- Capacidad para permanecer de pie por perodos prolongados.
