More about our team 12‑bed Medical/Surgical & Post‑Op unit Nurse‑to‑patient ratio: 1:5‑6 Patient population includes post‑op spine, orthopedic, ENT, abdominal, thoracic, vascular, and urology cases, along with general medical patients Close‑knit, collaborative environment with strong nurse‑physician teamwork Growing department with future expansion plans as surgical services continue to expand How you'll contribute Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient Performs timely and accurate QI assessments Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
