About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Commercial Banking Data & Analytics to spearhead the growth of its commercial business through data-driven insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust commercial banking CRM strategy, with a focus on embedding AI-driven opportunities and insights into banker workflows. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial banking, including relationship management, prospecting, and lending workflows, as well as hands-on experience in delivering AI/ML use cases within the commercial banking sector. The Head of Commercial Banking Data & Analytics will also be tasked with leading a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and ensuring that data and analytics investments align with the commercial strategy. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in business analysis for commercial banking, with a strong emphasis on customer and relationship growth. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in influencing senior leadership, driving cross-functional alignment, and a strong ability to translate business needs into data requirements and AI-driven insights. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and data storytelling skills, as well as the ability to build and manage high-performing teams. The Head of Commercial Banking Data & Analytics will be at the forefront of AI fluency within commercial banking, and as such, a background in AI and a passion for its application in the financial sector are essential.
