CheckedUp is building a high-impact analytics function that operates as a strategic partner to the business , not a reporting team.

We are seeking an Analyst to support our growing team who can frame complex business problems, analyze large-scale healthcare data, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations that influence client strategy and revenue outcomes.

This role is best suited for individuals who think like consultants and are energized by ambiguity, capable of structuring open-ended questions, and motivated by driving decisions, not simply reporting metrics.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for marketing analytics engagements for several pharmaceutical clients
\n
• Provide pre-sales analytics support to sales team
\n
• Work with Data Engineering team within the data analytics department (leveraging SQL deliverable automation and database management)
\n
• Develop analysis reports to enable campaign execution and optimization
\n
• Drive and take ownership for developing and improving current network processes
\n
• Assist in managing secondary analytics: data acquisition strategy, procurement, cleansing, integration, reporting and analysis
\n

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

\n
• 2+ years in analytics, strategy, consulting, or a similarly rigorous problem-solving environment
\n
• MUST HAVE Advanced SQL skills with experience working in large, relational datasets
\n
• MUST HAVE experience analyzing complex data set
\n
• Proven ability to independently own and deliver complex analyses
\n
• Strong Excel and quantitative skillset
\n
• Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel skills
\n
• Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate, and thrive in an ambiguous environment
\n
• Learning mindset and passion to keep abreast of the rapidly changing media and analytics landscape .
\n
• Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and separate out the urgent & essential from the day-to-day requirements from the noise
\n
• Able to present results from analysis and make recommendations that are accepted and implemented.
\n

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

\n
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, media, or advertising analytics
\n
• Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data environments
\n
• Exposure to statistical methods, experimentation, or causal inference approaches
\n
• Enjoys working in a high-growth environment with other highly-driven individuals.
