YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A STORE MANAGER

As a Store Manager, you are first and foremost the leader of the store and thereby responsible for everything that makes the store a success. It is your responsibility to create a strong team and a good store atmosphere, where every staff member strives to deliver excellent customer service every single day.

DAILY TASKS INCLUDE:

Leading the team daily Developing team members in service, product knowledge, visual merchandising & operations Planning staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage Maintaining a well-organized store that is always ready for customers Overseeing the execution of daily operations at a high standard Monitoring and follow up on team and individual performance Recruiting new team members to support business needs

YOUR PROFILE

You have relevant experience from a similar role You have experience in maintaining operational excellence in retail stores (analyzing KPIs, scheduling, inventory management, etc.) You have good communication skills You are a motivational leader You have a result driven mindset
