With our experienced teams and our ideas we drive our success while we have fun doing it!We take personal ownership, empowering our employees to take accountability and initiative in their daily work and career paths.What You'll DoPerform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, observing Lithia and manufacturer standards.Diagnose cause of malfunction.Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures.Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.Align with company initiatives and benchmarks. Champion one another's growth to achieve more together.What You'll BringWe require 2+ years prior automotive repair experienceWe prefer ASE and manufacturer certification.Desire to produce and be part of a high-output team.We want you to help us earn customers for life by creating welcoming and trust experiences for our customers.Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies.Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge to grow with us and meet projected service goals.Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residenceTotal RewardsThis is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production ProductivityThe average wage range for this position is $30.00-$55.00 per flat rate hourActual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
