Operations Analyst, Institutional Private Client parental leave, paid time off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, 401(k), retirement plan The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members on our Institutional Private Client (IPC) team. Our primary goal is to provide exceptional administration servicing for clients' assigned alternative investment funds, mutual funds, or ETFs. As an operations analyst, you will ensure the reconciliation of custodial and prime broker accounts is accurate. What you will do Work closely with Account Administration, Trade Settlement, and Client Service teams to understand the client's portfolio and fund structure and ensure all required deliverables are complete. Perform various types of reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and meet client service expectations. Research, escalate, and clear outstanding cash and security differences, ensuring accurate postings to our accounting system. Coordinate the documentation of processes and procedures related to individual client needs. Communicate with internal and client teams to resolve open issues and questions, and engage internal technology and vendor support when needed. Participate in IMS and corporate professional development sessions to identify processes across the division and organization. What we need from you BA / BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent experience. Internship experience preferred. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel. Self‑motivation and drive to complete multiple client objectives while maintaining excellence. Strong written and verbal communication skills for email and phone interactions. Strong customer service skills with daily communication with internal and external clients.
